Welcome to the new home for the USS Houston CL81 website. The website is currently in development.

This site is dedicated to those men who served aboard the USS Houston (CL81), a light cruiser of the Cleveland Class which was commissioned in December of 1943, and saw action the Pacific during World War Two.

After the end of the war, the Houston participated in a Good Will Cruise.
